This first step of the 3D experience is the most important. We want to know what the ideal version of your space would be and what you are looking to accomplish.
This is largely a fun stage as we talk through your goals. The only major decision of this step is whether we will be moving to the design portion of the experience. We work to keep this stress free and exciting.

The 3D Experience
We DESIGN It
In the “We Design It” phase, it’s all about turning your ideas into a solid plan. We team up to sketch out your dream, drawing up the blueprints and getting the designs just right. It’s like putting the pieces of a puzzle together – making sure everything fits perfectly before we start building.
Next up, we dive into picking out all the styles and details. It can be a lot to decide on, but don’t sweat it – we’re here to guide you through it and give you the best advice. And if we need some extra creative input, we’ve got great interior design partners on speed dial to make sure your space looks top-notch.
Once we’ve got all the details pinned down and you’re happy with the design, we take those blueprints and turn them into a 3D virtual walkthrough. This way, you can take a digital tour of your future space, making sure everything looks just the way you want. When you give the thumbs up, we ink the deal with a contract, and then it’s go-time for the build!

I DELIVER It
In the final stretch of our 3D Experience, titled “I Deliver It,” Red Cloud Contracting really gets down to business. This is where we set up the schedule and start the actual work on your project. You’ve done your part, and now it’s our turn to take over and do what we do best. You can kick back and relax, knowing that your renovation is in good hands. Our team is all about getting things done right and keeping you in the loop, making sure everything is moving along just as planned.
During this phase, we’re not just about the build – we’re also thinking about the final look and feel of your space. That’s why we arrange another sit-down with our interior designer. This meeting is all about nailing those final touches, picking out furnishings, and making sure the decor is spot on. And then, before you know it, the work’s all done. That’s when you get to step into your newly transformed space, see your vision realized, and start enjoying your fresh, new surroundings.
